Westover Comprehensive High School DECA members participated in Region Competition in Americus, GA on December 1st.  DECA members placed in the following areas in the competition:

Caitlyn Gordon – 1st Place – Food Marketing Series

Danielle Keith – 1st Place – Job Interview - Qualified for State competition

Jalen Robinson – 1st Place – Sports and Entertainment Marketing Series

Ta’nijha Wimes – 1st Place Business Speech - Qualified for State competition

DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools around the world.  Mrs. Rasheda Haines is the DECA Advisor at Westover High School.
