Frank Griffin Named President of Flint Community Bank

Frank Griffin has been promoted to President of Flint Community Bank in Albany, Georgia. Griffin holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Georgia Southwestern State University and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Outside of the bank, he serves as Vice-Chairman of the Lee County Board of Education, District 2 Director for the Board of Directors of the Georgia School Boards Association, Trustee for the Darton State College Foundation, Board Member of SoloHope, Inc., and a member of Sherwood Baptist Church.  Working alongside Flint Community Bank CEO Scott Tomlinson, Griffin aided in the organization of Flint Community Bancshares, Inc. and the opening of Flint Community Bank in February, 2006.  In its eleven years of operation, Flint Community Bank has set itself apart by embracing technology and innovation to take the bank to its customers.
