Georgia House Bill would Cap College Tuition

Tuition increases at Georgia’s public colleges and universities would be limited to the rate of inflation under legislation introduced Thursday in the state House of Representatives.
A bill sponsored by House Majority Whip Matt Ramsey, R-Peachtree City, also would apply to increases in annual student fees.
