Rev. Samuel Sneed Sworn onto Albany Utility Board

The Rev. Samuel Sneed Jr. was sworn in as the fifth member of the city’s Utility Board Thursday, officially filling the seat vacated by businessman Jay Sharpe.
City Attorney Nathan Davis administered the oath of office during the Utility Board’s meeting, after which Sneed said he’s ready to serve the community.
