Keep Albany-Dougherty Beautiful celebrated 27 years of outstanding volunteer involvement Thursday at its annual Volunteer Celebration Luncheon at the Albany Civic Center.
During the event emcee Anne Brim-Streat rattled off the accomplishments of the past year.
