“Our fiscal year is off to a strong start, which is great news for the many students and families who benefit from the HOPE Scholarship and Pre-K programs,” said Georgia Lottery President and CEO Debbie D. Alford. “It is rewarding to know that Georgians support our products and lottery-funded educational programs.”

The first quarter of the Georgia Lottery’s fiscal year spanned from July 1, 2015, to Sept. 30, 2015. FY16 first quarter profits also include funds generated from coin operated amusement machines in Georgia.
