Jennifer Wise Ricks was named Director of Admission at Deerfield-Windsor School according to Dave Davies, Headmaster. 

Ricks, a graduate of DWS, will be responsible for coordinating the overall admission marketing program, directing the admission process, and ensuring optimal student retention

She has served Deerfield-Windsor in multiple capacities as a member of the staff and volunteer.  The president of the Alumni Association, Ricks has been the Assistant to the Headmaster for the past three years.

In announcing her appointment, Davies said, “Jennifer knows DWS inside and out, and she knows the greater Albany community well.  Her experiences as a graduate, current parent, and member of our staff position her exceptionally well to promote the DWS experience to prospective families. 

Ricks earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Georgia Tech and her Juris Doctorate degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, AL. She worked previously as a vice-president and trust officer at both Regions Financial Corporation and SunTrust Bank.
