The first few days of Sharon Subadan’s tenure as Albany’s new city manager had a recurring theme: meeting after meeting after meeting.
But talking to Subadan, who snatched a few spare minutes last week from her full schedule to give an early take on the day-to-day operations of the city, offers no indication that tedium has become an issue.
