New AT&T Store Opens in Former Alltel Location

With the Alltel Wireless acquisition and network integration now complete, AT&T representatives celebrated the opening of their latest retail store in Albany with a brief ribbon cutting ceremony Friday.
The store, which was formerly an Alltel location for nearly 30 years, is located at the intersection of Dawson Road and Westover Boulevard, is AT&T’s second retail store in Albany, and represents what company officials are calling the leading edge of their retail focus.
