Albany’s Exchange Club Fairgrounds Prepares for AKC Southern Heritage Hunt

Coon hounds, coon hunters and coon hound aficionados from across southern Georgia and beyond will be heading to Albany this weekend for the annual American Kennel Club (AKC) Southern Heritage Hunt & Show at Albany’s Exchange Club Fairgrounds.
Hosted by the AKC, the Exchange Club of Albany, Albany Beverage/Budweiser and the South Georgia Coon & Squirrel Hunters Association, the Southern Heritage event will take place today and Saturday and will feature coon hunts and a dog show.
