Georgia Board of Regents Proposes $19.8M for New Facility at ASU

After more than a decade of political wrangling, the tenures of three different Albany State University presidents and much back and forth in regard to a new fine arts center at ASU, it appears the school and the state are close to a resolution of the issue.
