HeritageBank of the South is pleased to announce the promotion of Heather Nichols to Marketing Manager. A former Marketing Coordinator for the Bank, Nichols has worked in the banking industry for more than nine years and looks forward to her new role in spearheading HeritageBank’s marketing efforts.

“Heather has a wealth of marketing knowledge, and I am proud of the leader she has become not only in the marketing department, but in the Bank as a whole. I am confident she will be a pacesetter for our marketing team and will successfully guide all our marketing efforts for this company,” said Heath Fountain, Chief Financial Officer at HeritageBank of the South.

After earning her bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Valdosta State University, Nichols worked as a Marketing Coordinator and banking Retail Assistant before joining the HeritageBank team in 2007. She is a member of the Dougherty County Saddle Club and Georgia Federation of Saddle Clubs, and she enjoys competitively showing her horse, Leaves No Doubt. Nichols’ husband, Warren, is the owner of Auto Solutions, LLC in Albany.
