Kellie R. Lockwood, Georgia Board of Nursing

Lockwood serves as lead instructor for the Practical Nursing Program on the Coffee Campus at Wiregrass Georgia Technical College in Douglas. She was previously a supervisor of home health aides for the Health Department of Home Care Services, an industrial nurse at Josepha Campbell Co. and program director/instructor for the Practical Nursing Program at South Georgia State College. Lockwood earned a master’s degree in Nursing from Valdosta State University. She and her husband, Charles, have five children and four grandchildren. They reside in Douglas.

Lisa Hedenstrom, Georgia Board of Nursing

Hedenstrom serves as system chief nursing officer for Piedmont Healthcare. She is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, Sigma Theta Tau and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Hedenstrom earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University, a master’s degree in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Brenau University. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Nursing at Georgia State University. She and her husband, Todd, have five children. They reside in Senoia.

Katherine Mann, Georgia Board of Nursing

Mann is the owner of Blue Ridge Anesthesia Associates, which provides nurse anesthesia services to area hospitals and outpatient clinics. She earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Nursing from Mercer University. She and her husband reside in Blue Ridge.

Rhonda A. Scott, Georgia Board of Nursing

Scott serves as the chief nursing officer and executive vice president at Grady Health System. She was appointed by the Bush administration to serve on the National Advisory Council for Nursing Education and Practice and has served as president of the National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists. Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, a master’s degree in Nursing from Rush University, a Ph.D. in Nursing from Georgia State University and has completed the Nurse Executive Fellowship in Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania. She and her husband, Thomas, have two sons. They reside in Atlanta.

Fredettena “Tena” Fletcher, Georgia Board of Nursing

Fletcher has been the RAI director/care plan coordinator at Heritage Inn Nursing Home for 21 years. She is a certified nurse assessment coordinator, Leadership Lamar graduate and serves on the board of directors of the Lamar County College and Career Academy. Fletcher is currently enrolled in the Excelsior College of Nursing. She and her husband, James, have two children. They reside in Barnesville.

Amy M. Hooper, Georgia Board of Nursing

Hooper is a community relations representative for PruittHealth. She works as a community nurse liaison for long-term and acute care facilities, as well as physician offices. Hooper earned a licensed practical nursing degree from Chattahoochee Technical Institute in 1998. She and her husband, Trenton, have one son. They reside in Good Hope.

K. Andrea Phipps, Georgia Board of Nursing

Phipps is a nurse at RossWoods Adult Day Services. She is a certified infection control and wound care nurse. She volunteers with the Alzheimer’s Association, MDA-Jerry’s Kids, Whitfield County Animal Rescue and Adoption and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Phipps earned a licensed practical nursing degree from Dalton State College and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Nursing. She and her husband, Doug, have two children and one grandson. They live in Dalton.

Ashley T. Barnett, Georgia Board of Nursing

Barnett is president of the Washington-Wilkes Primary School Parent Teacher Group. She serves on the Wills Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, the Wills Memorial Hospital Foundation and the Athens Technical College Foundation Board. Barnett earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Georgia Southern University. She is a member of the Kiokee Baptist Church in Appling and is a graduate of the 2011 Class of Leadership Georgia. She and her husband, Ames, have one son and are expecting the arrival of another son in June. They reside in Washington.

Tiffany Sawyer, Georgia Child Fatality Review Panel

Sawyer is the director of Prevention Services for the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy. She was previously the associate director of programs at Darkness to Light in Charleston. She is a member of the Governor’s Office for Children and Families’ Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children Prevention Taskforce and has served on the Children’s Impact Board for the United Way of Metro Atlanta. Sawyer earned a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston. She and her husband, Alex, have two daughters. They reside in Decatur.

T. Kay Kendrick, State Board of Cosmetology

Kendrick has owned and operated a salon for 34 years. She is past president of the Georgia Cosmetology Association and past president of the National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology. Kendrick is licensed as a master cosmetologist. She and her husband, Walter, reside in Thomson.

Dana Love, State Board of Cosmetology

Love is a licensed medical esthetician, licensed esthetician instructor and a certified laser technician whose specialties include laser rejuvenation, anti-aging, and pre-operational and post-operational skincare. She is currently employed with Atlanta Plastic Surgery as an esthetician in the AYA Medical Spa. Love earned a bachelor’s degree from Columbus State University. She and her husband, Devery, reside in Atlanta.

Belinda Z. Sanders, State Board of Cosmetology

Sanders is a hair replacement specialist with Regain Hair Restoration in Decatur. She is a licensed master cosmetologist and a licensed cosmetology instructor with more than 25 years of experience. She is a facilitator for the Look Good, Feel Better Program at DeKalb Medical Hospital-Hillandale, which is sponsored by the American Cancer Society. Sanders earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Southern Mississippi. Belinda and her husband, Darrin, reside in Lithonia.

Gregory Goggans, Georgia Board of Dentistry

Goggans is an orthodontist and part-owner of Fender-Goggans Orthodontics. He has operated a successful practice in Coffee County since 1986. He is a former Georgia state senator from the 7th District. Goggans earned a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Georgia and a dental degree from the Medical College of Georgia and received orthodontic specialty training from the University of Tennessee. He has four children and one granddaughter. He resides in Douglas.

Terri E. Jondahl, Lake Lanier Islands Development Authority

Jondahl is the chief executive officer of CAB Inc. She currently serves on the Gwinnett Health System Board of Directors, Georgia Gwinnett College Foundation Board of Trustees, Gwinnett County Public Schools Foundation Board of Trustees and the Gwinnett Clean and Beautiful Citizens Advisory Committee. Jondahl is a past chairman of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband, Richard Drye, have two children and reside in Gwinnett County. 

Sonja R. Allen, Board of Corrections

Allen is the chief financial officer for Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice. She serves as the membership chair for the Georgia Fiscal Managers’ Council. Allen earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tennessee State University. She and her fiancée, William, have two children. They reside in Tucker.
