HeritageBank of the South is pleased to announce the promotion of Patricia Maxwell to Director of Team Member Development. Formerly the Executive Assistant to the CEO, Maxwell has been a member of the HeritageBank of the South team since 2007. Prior to joining the HeritageBank team, Maxwell focused on team member development as Director of Human Resources at SunTrust Bank.

In an effort to continue to enhance HeritageBank of the South’s performance, Maxwell will spearhead the new Team Member Development initiative by developing knowledgeable and engaged team members through continued education and skill training.

“I have known Tricia for most of my professional career, and I am excited she has accepted this new role. We pride ourselves on our team members and believe they are what separate us from our competition. By having Tricia lead this effort, I know we will continue to separate ourselves by having the best team members in the industry,” said Len Dorminey, Chief Executive Officer at HeritageBank of the South.

Joining Maxwell in Team Member Development will be Training Director Evelyn Ross. Ross has played an integral role in building the Bank’s retail training program, and will now direct her efforts companywide to enhance the training resources to all departments throughout the Bank.
