The Darton College Foundation is gearing up for it’s annual Blackjack & Scholarships Gala. This year’s event will be held on Friday, May 11 in the Cavalier Arena.

The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception featuring the Darton College Jazz Band and a silent auction; where guests will have the opportunity to win vacation packages, home packages, gift cards and much more. Immediately following, at 7:30 p.m., dinner will begin along with the casino-style faux gambling. Throughout the evening guests will enjoy live entertainment provided by the band “The Headliners” and special guest artist Faith Jackson, a 2011 nominee for Georgia’s Female Vocalist of the Year.

The annual gala is the Foundation’s largest fundraising event of the year with all proceeds benefiting scholarships for students.
