Violations: Observed interior of coolers, warming unit, and ice bin soiled and in need of cleaning. Observed wiping cloths not stored in sanitizer between use.

 

McDonald's (2615 Dawson Rd) Score: 95 A

Violations: Observed reach in cooler needs cleaning; manager is going to wipe down interior with a wiping cloth. Observed dumpster lid and door open; manager is sending employee out to close lid and door on dumpster.

 

March 22th

Hibachi Express (2818 Old Dawson Rd) Score: 82 B 

Violations: Observed potenetially hazardous food for cold hoding above 41°F. Observed potentially hazardus food for hot holding below 135°F.Obsereved chemical spray bottles not labeled. Observed bowls used as food scoops. Observed ceiling tiles and floor tiles missing/damaged. Observed cardboard used as floor mat (grill area) Observed protective shield for light bulb damaged in walk in cooler.

Sonny's (1900 N. Slappey Blvd) Score: 91 A

Violations: Observed pork, chicken, ribs without date marking. Observed utenisls stacked wet. Observed missing/damaged floor tile, observed dust build up on protective shield for lighting, observed floor beneath shelving (dry storage area) soiled.

 

March 27th

Wagner's Bar-B-Que (2406 Sylvester Rd) Score: 90 A

Violations: Observed hamburgers not stored covered in reach in freezer; employee placed hamburgers in a covered container. Observed no sanitizer in dishwasher. Observed fume hood needs cleaning. Observed gasket on reach in cooler needs repairingl. Observed vents in kitchen and ceiling with dust build up.

 

Zaxby's of Albany (2806 N. Slappey Blvd) Score: 92 A

Violations: Observed sliced tomatoes not marked with expiration date. Observed utensils stacked wet.
