Violations: Observed mold on interior of ice machine. Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried. Observed greas on ground and food waste inside grease bin. Observed grease bin and dumpster doors open.

February 20th

Terry Lee's Sandwich Shoppe (1116 West Broad) Score: 96 A

Violations: Observed buildup of mold on soda dispensing nozzles.

February 21st

Violations: Observed employee not wearing a proper hair restraint. Observed utensils sotred in between equipment; observed utensils stored in soiled water when not in use.
