Violations: Observed cutting boards needs replacing. Observed no hot water at mop sink. Observed bathroom with no self closer. Observed dust built up on ceiling and vents in kitchen.

Subway (1103 N. Westover Blvd) Score: 95 A

Violations: Observed utensils stored in veggie sink. Observed dishes stacked wet. Observed no paper towels in mens restroom

February 7th

Wynfield Plantation (5030 Leary Rd) Score: 87 B 

Violations: Observed certified food safety manager's certificate not posted. Observed CFSM / PIC not able to verbally recite exclusion / restriction symptoms or illness causes. Observed clean glassware stored stacked without a tray in between. Manager will have staff rearrange the glassware. Observed bowls (clean and in storage) not properly inverted to prevent cross contamination.  Observed water damage to ceiling inside alcohol storage room. Manager will have ceiling repaired. Observed evidence of pests inside storage cabinet.
