Violations:Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength.Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried.

Firehouse Subs (2416 Dawson Rd) Score: 91 A

Violations:Currently the prep fridge that holds all the cold cuts and fixings is not holding temperature.

October 21

Great Wall (2800 Dawson Rd) Score: 99 A

Violations:Observed moldy buckets/containers drying/stored above sink. The buckets need to be thoroughly cleaned before use.Observed incorrect test strips being used to test chlorine sanitizer (pool test strips). Correct chlorine sanitizer test strips must be used to test water (50-200ppm).

Violations:Manager lacking proof of Food Manager Certification.Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit.Observed employee with no beard guard/restraint.Observed damaged/missing floor tile and coving in need of repair/replacing.

Hot Dog King Midtown (1001 Pine Ave) Score: 96 A

Violations:No copy of latest inspection report posted at drive-thru window.Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried.Observed hole in wall behind toilet in women's restroom.

Violations:Observed several items, specifically foods in the white upright fridge, slighly above temperature.Observed chicken thawing in sink not under running water.

Ellianos Coffee Company (2824 Meredyth Dr) Score: 96 A

Violations:Observed some mold build-up on the white drip lip of the ice machine.Observed both employees not wearing a hair restraint.
