Violations:Observed the dishwasher is not supplying sanitizer to the dishwasher. The highest temp the dishwasher reaches is 148F, it needs to temp out at 160F.Observed several cutting boards that have some brown mold build-up.Observed employee drink in ice machine.Observed mayo buckets on floor of fridge. Need to be kept 6" off floor.All trash cans that have food waste and are not being used must have a lid.
