Violations:Observed the ambient temperature of the walk-in cooler at 44-45F. Several foods were temped above 41F.The cook needs to wear a hairnet or hat when handling food.There are some serious plumbing issues with the utility and vegtable sinks. Both appear to have large leaks with buckets placed below both, as well as excessive mold build-up. There is also a drain in the floor that appears to be backed up. The area has a sewage smell and needs to be repaired immediately
