Violations:The prep cooler (refered to as the crisper) does not have a thermometer. Temperatures od the parmesan cheese (55.4) and heavy whipping cream (54.3) were cold holding above 41F. Violations:Observed uncovered ice cream in reach-in refrigerator stored on top of frozen chicken.Observed soiled reach-in cooler gaskets.Observed liquid waste plug not in dumpster. Observed open dumpster.Hot holding unit being repaired as inspection was taking place. Everything being cooked to order. No Hot Holding at time of inspection.

Violations: Observed fume hood above fryer needs cleaning. Observed wet stacked dishes. Observed no lid on womens trashcan in restroom.

Violations:Observed utensils stacked wet and not properly air-drying. Openings on drying rack appear to be to large for the items. Proper rotation for the items to dry properly results in the items falling back down into the sink.
