More than 30 percent of survey respondents ranked AT&T as the number one provider of Mobile Workforce Management Software, with the next best company coming in nine percentage points behind. In addition, AT&T's performance in this Frost & Sullivan study has improved consistently over the past several years.
The Frost & Sullivan report cited a number of AT&T's distinguishing strengths in Mobile Workforce Management, including the following:
