Violations:Observed chlorine sanitizer bucket low on sanitizer (50ppm). Observed rags on counters and not in sanitizer bucket in bar area.Observed dumpster missing door.

Honey Baked Ham (621 N Westover) Score: 91 A

Violations:Cheese served from Prep Cooler is not stored in a proper container, therefore it cannot maintain a temperature of 41F (cheese temp = 50F). Turkey salad was also not holding temperature at 41F (turkey salad temp =50F). Both were corrected on site. Cheese was put back into the bottom of the prep cooler and ice was added to the turkey salad. PIC was given "Time as a Public Health Control" form for an option of keeping cheese out of temperature. Corrected On-Site.

Violations:No handwashing sign provided at a handsink used by food employees including men's restroom.Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried.Observed blown bulbs at hot hold unit.Drain cover(s) missing in kitchen area.Garbage in receptacles not protected from insects and rodents.
