Violations:Observed Potential Hazardous Foods (PHF) stored above 41F (raw beef, raw shrimp, shredded cheese, shredded chicken, please see temps listed). Observed broken cooler door which is most likely contributing to higher temperatures.Observed cardboard box places under deepfrier to collect grease. Box needs to be removed and floor cleaned.Observed rusted out grill guard with bucket below to catch debris.Observed no papertowels in employee restroom. Please refill dispenser.Observed pest at handwash sink by backdoor. Management is currently applying pesticides themselves and have been told they need a certified exterminator to use pesticides.

Violations:No handwashing sign provided at a handsink used by food employees (men's restroom).Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried.Observed cutting board in need of resurfacing or replacing.Observed food waste not enclosed in trash bags before placing in dumpster.Observed open dumpster doors.Observed trash cans in kitchen area uncovered.

Outback Steakhouse (823 Westover Rd) Score: 93 A

Violations:No thermometer in appetizer fridge. Manager put thermometer in fridge. Food in fridge must be kept below 41F.Observed to-go cups and bowls being used to scoop flour/sugar. Must use scoop with handle.Observed cutting boards with mold. Cutting boards must be thrown-out, cleaned or buffed.Observed boxes being stored on unapproved crates in freezer. Need to get food boxes off the floor onto dunnage racks.Keep dumpster lids and doors closed when not in use.

Violations: Observed fume hood needs cleaning. Observed interior of reach in cooler needs cleaning. Observed cold holding items above 41F.
