OmniPoint, an information technology solutions provider, has been selected as the #1 Fastest Growing Small Mid-market company in Georgia by the Atlanta chapter of the Association of Corporate Growth and Cherry, Bekaert & Holland LLP. This award recognizes companies in Georgia that have demonstrated sustained revenue and employment growth over the past three years. OmniPoint was honored at the Georgia Fast 40 Gala on June 30th, and the company also appeared in an article in the July issue of Georgia Trend Magazine.
OmniPoint was founded in 2008 by a team of former Big 5 executives to deliver two primary type of services – Workday Deployment Solutions and IT Staff Augmentation Services. The company more than doubled revenues each year since its inception and has grown from just four employees at its onset to close to 100 today. While many companies have been slow to expand their hiring in the current economic conditions, OmniPoint has heavily invested in recruiting talented individuals to further support its growth and ensure that these growth rates are sustained.
Kip Plowman, founder of the Georgia Fast 40 and Partner at Cherry, Bekaert & Holland says, “To be selected, companies had to demonstrate sustained growth, not bubble growth. OmniPoint has shown extraordinary growth over the past three years, in terms of revenue and employees. It’s that year-over-year continued growth that led to their ability to achieve the #1 ranking."
Keith Will, one of the firm’s managing partners, notes, “We are honored to be recognized as a Georgia Fast 40 company, and are proud of our continued growth, especially in light of the challenging economic conditions. We feel our success to date is a direct result of our commitment to and focus on our core business model—providing our clients with flexible solutions to meet their most critical and relevant business needs.”
