Hibachi Grill & Buffet (2536 Dawson Rd) Score: 82 B

Violations: Mushroom, dim sum, dumplings, sweet and sour chicken, fish, onions found stored in coolers uncovered and subject to contamination. Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed food (container of lemons) stored in ice used for drinks. Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength.
