Phoebe, Palmyra Deal Delayed Again

For a third time, Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital has delayed the closing date for their purchase of Palmyra Medical Center.
Phoebe officials hoped to sign the paperwork Thursday and take control of the hospital April first. Wednesday, we were told the takeover should happen some time in the next two weeks.
