Pending Home Sales Rise in January

Pending home sales in Georgia have seen a 10.5 percent surge since January 2010, according to the Georgia Association of Realtors.
GAR noted 6,088 agreements signed in January 2011.
Nationally, the Pending Home Sales Index dipped 2.8 percent. The index is 1.5 percent below the 90.3 level in January 2010, GAR said.
