SunTrust Banks, Inc. announced it has priced a$1.04 billionoffering of approximately 35.25 million shares of its common stock at$29.50per share.Goldman, Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey are acting as joint book-running managers of the common stock offering.
