J.D. Power: Georgia Power Biz Customer Satisfaction Lags

Georgia Power Co. has below-average satisfaction rates from business customers, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2011 Electric Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study.

Georgia Power is the South’s No. 7 utility for business customer satisfaction, J.D. Power and Associates reported Wednesday.

“Customer satisfaction has always been a top priority for Georgia Power," the company said in a statement. "We are constantly looking for ways to improve and add value for our customers.”
