Local Businessman Name Best Qualified for Civic Center Director

After an eight month search, local businessman Lane Rosen emerges as the best qualified candidate for Albany Civic Center Director.
Currently, Rosen is the owner and managing partner of the State Theatre on Pine Avenue. He’s held this position since January 2004.
Assistant City Manager Wes Smith says it’s this experience that will help Rosen if he becomes the Civic Center Director.
