Monday, December 13th, 2010

GraceWay Director of Development Liz Dixon recalled the early days of the addiction recovery center for women.

“Just over seven years ago, we were the new kids on the block,” Dixon told the Dougherty County Rotary Club Tuesday at Doublegate Country Club. “The community welcomed us with open arms. The trust shown in us really gave us confidence in ourselves and what we are doing. The community is still reaching out to help us.”

Since GraceWay opened its doors, the addiction recovery center has helped 189 women become clean and sober and regain control of their lives.
