Phoebe Gets Into Digital Record Keeping

Paper medical records will soon be a thing of the past at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
The Phoebe Family Medicine Center in Lee County officially made the switch to electronic records. It will take some time to transfer paper records that already exist, but going forward are records will be electronic.
Physicians say it improves patient care especially if a patient needs to see a specialist.
