Chancellor: No bachelor's Degrees at Darton

Despite a community push for Darton College to become a four-year school, the University System Chancellor says it's not going to happen.

Chancellor Erroll B. Davis Junior got a lot of questions on that issue Thursday during an annual visit to Darton College. Davis discussed the topic at length during a lunch with community leaders. Darton estimates it would cost approximately $368,000 a year to run a bachelor's degree program in nursing. Supporters suggest nursing as a pilot 4-year program.
