Bishop Talks Healthcare, Touts Phoebe Accomplishments

Congressman Sanford Bishop made a stop at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital to discuss health care and recognize Phoebe's CEO Joel Wernick.
On September 29th Congressman Bishop read into the Congressional Record in Washington D.C. the accomplishments Joel Wernick has made in his 20 year history at the hospital. Wednesday he presented the plaque to Wernick who was also recognized by Georgia Trend as a top 25 leader for what he's done to expand Phoebe's reach in southwest Georgia.
