Sales tax revenue for Dougherty County isn't increasing yet, but finance officials say the slide appears to have stopped.
Despite projections that both the city of Albany and Dougherty County will be short on sales tax collections for Special-Purpose Local-Option Sales Tax 5, county finance officials say the recessionary tumble has stopped.
