Both Republican candidates for governor were in Albany today, stumping for votes for Tuesday's primary runoff election.
Former Secretary of State Karen Handel, who led the GOP ticket on July 20, is in a runoff with former U.S. Rep. Nathan Deal, who finished second to qualify. The winner Tuesday faces off against former Gov. Roy Barnes, who waltzed to the Democratic nomination with neraly two-thirds of the vote in that party's primary last month.
