Albany city and Dougherty county commissioners finalize lists of projects they'd like to see completed with $98 million of sales tax money. Most of the projects focus on infrastructure, but some would benefit community organizations.
When the Albany city commission met regarding SPLOST projects a couple of weeks ago, the list was almost entirely dedicated to infrastructure projects, like streets, sewers and storm water drainage improvements.
