Mortgage Rates Fall to another Record Low

Mortgage rates on 30-year loans tumbled to another record low for the second straight week.
Freddie Mac (NYSE: FRE), which has a regional office in Atlanta, reported rates for 30-year fixed loans dropped to 4.58 percent in the week ended Thursday, from 4.69 percent last week. The average 15-year rate fell to a record 4.04 percent.
