Albany city leaders hope a new owner for many vacant downtown Albany buildings will lead to new development downtown.
Bob Brooks bought many properties formerly owned by Peter Studl.
City leaders often complained that Studl stood in the way of downtown development. They've already seen a change. (read more at walb.com)
