Dougherty County Census a success

The Census 2010 Campaign was a success in Dougherty County.
A celebration was held in downtown Albany Thursday afternoon. Final numbers show 72 percent of Dougherty Countians returned census forms this year, that's up 10 percent from the last census in 2000. (read more at walb.com)
