British firm ends talks for SunTrust unit

SunTrust Banks said it is still reviewing options for portions of its RidgeWorth Capital Management subsidiary, following the end of talks with a British firm that sought to acquire parts of the unit.

Atlanta-based SunTrust had been in talks since April with Henderson Group, the United Kingdom’s third-largest independent money management firm. But Henderson Group released a statement Friday saying it terminated the negotiations because both “parties have not reached agreement on terms.” (read more at ajc.com)
