Unincorporated Dougherty County will see no tax increase yet

The Dougherty County Finance Committee will have to take $650,000 from their reserves to balance the budget for the unincorporated areas of Dougherty County.
Good news is they won't be raising taxes this next fiscal year. Bad news is the same millage rate will garner less revenue this year than last, but pilot funds can help. (read more at wfxl.com)
