Small business program dies, again

An effort to reconsider the creation of a small business program died Tuesday during a spirited discussion and vote by the Albany City Commission. Commissioner Jon Howard made a motion to reconsider the program which had previously been voted down by the commission on a 5-3 vote march 23. (read more at albanyherald.com)
