Georgia joins health-care reform lawsuit

Georgia on Friday officially joined 19 other states to challenge the recently passed federal health-care reform act.
“Congress’s health-care bill will exact a huge cost on our state and curtail our economic growth,” said Gov. Sonny Perdue, in a statement. “Congress has gone too far in infringing upon individuals’ rights by imposing burdensome regulations on all Americans.” (read more at Atlanta Business Chronicle)
