The Albany Dougherty Economic Development Commission will partner with Georgia Power to market the shuttered Cooper Tire plant.
Georgia Power's Georgia Rescue Center has a three dimensional simulation program that can be used to copy the inside of the Cooper Tire & Rubber Corporation facility. (read more at walb.com)
