City to soon interview potential downtown managers

The City is getting ready to start interviewing potential downtown managers, and they say will take every precaution.
Former downtown manager, Don Buie, was convicted of mismanaging city funds. Assistant City Manager, Wes Smith says in addition to a headhunting group conducting a seven-year background check, the City will also look into the past of the prospective hire. (read more at wfxl.com)
