LRA's Ben Barrow wins Rotary Ethics Award

Ben Barrow wins the Rotary Ethics Award for adhering to high ethical standards in his professional and personal life. This award was created after the Rotary International President put an emphasis on ethics for this year. Barrow is the first recipient of this prestigious award for District 6900.
