Wal-Mart closes on East Albany property

Wal-Mart has closed on property in East Albany for a new SuperCenter where construction was most recently projected to start at next month. Dougherty County Administrator Richard Crowdis said this morning that money for the project has been transferred and the property at Clark Avenue and Cordele Road has been closed on.
